| My colleague and I have started a video production company. I shall call it "the company" in these blogs, to save the company from any negative attention.
Day One: Today was the first day of official work. I arrived slightly late, but with my car loaded with equipment.
The day seemed to drag. I was not allowed to set up because an electrician was scheduled to come and install 3 prong outlets. I sat.
Eventually we left the house to go to Starbucks, hoping to finally get internet. No internet. T-mobile wants to charge us to use the service. I sit somemore.
We finally get back to the house at about 1:30. We have a call with a client at 2. We call, we leave a message, and he doesn't call back.
2:45 He calls. Good meeting. We discuss the project, shooting days and schedule the next phone meeting.
4:30 We head to Sam's club to sign up for membership and buy some office supplies.
All is well, but the first day was very slow. We have not accomplished much, hopefully tomorrow will be more productive.

| It's been almost 9 months and a lot has really changed. I haven't blogged since may of '04, but here's the update:
1. I now live in Marion, Illinois. (far south, 5hrs. from Chicago) 2. I have a full time, well paying job, working for Total Christian Television (TCT) 3. I'm engaged to be married to my sweetheart and best friend, Laura Kingsley. 4. and I'm not 22 anymore, but I'm still keeping the name twenty2tingley.
God is awesome.

| Ole, who said to you I was noticably larger? Just curious, but that motivates me. Now on with the journey:
Yesterday was great! I was so excited to bike when I got home...so I did. Good time two, four miles in 20 minutes and then 4 miles in 13 minutes on the way back. The trip back was an average speed of 21.1 mph. In biking terms, that's pretty good for the first day of biking. A good biker always practices holding a steady pace. My goal is a steady pace of 20mph for one hour by mid summer. Then I will train to increase that.
Meals for yesterday (wednesday 5/12/04):
Coffee - half caffienated and half decaf.
Breakfast- egg sandwich with ham and cheese
Lunch - Chicken patty with poppyseed dressing, and soup with vegetables.
Dinner - Hamburger with katsup.
9:00 snack - assorted nuts and an apple.
My goals for today (5/13/04) are to eat even healthier and not eat after 7:00. I'm trying to go for 6 smaller portioned meals a day. Today I started with an egg sandwich with a begal as bread and I have a salad in the fridge at work for a snack at 10:00am. Lunch will be at 12.
Thanks for following, pictures will be uploaded soon. Then Ole can really see how much fat I've attained.

| My health habits have changed a lot since last summer. Today I turn over a new leaf. My BMI is currenty 27. That's over weight. So today I begin the incredible journey to a skinnier me. Tag a long for the ride if you want.
It's not eating McDonalds for 30 days, but it is just the opposite. Let's get skinny.
Menu from yesterday:
Cup of Coffee to start out my day-everyday. (caffienated)
Breakfast - Egg sandwich with ham and cheese.
Lunch - 3 tuna sandwiches made with little wheat buns and a mountain dew.
Dinner - bowl of bacon bean soup and an Arby's Market fresh sandwich (BLT).
Late night snack - Roast beef sub sandwich and a mountain dew (to stay awake for the hour drive home. 12:45am)
Hopefully today will be better. GOALS: More smaller, simpler mealsand smaller portions. Coffee for breakfast, but only have caffienated. Only one mountain dew.
